To highlight each of Natural Retreats destinations and celebrate the holiday season - a time when their vacation homes are filled with friends and family, I created a month long campaign that featured a new vacation home each day of December leading up to Christmas. This campaign included two blogs, two emails, and daily social media posts to multiple platforms.
I created two blogs, one with 12 homes and the other with 13, released on separate dates. Each home selected offered something of value for a family celebrating the season whether than be a scenic location or a home with enough bedrooms for 22. After selecting each home, working with Natural Retreats' Digital Asset Coordinator and the teams at each destination we produced & staged multiple photo shoots.
The first email released on December 1st introduced the first blog and what our sentiment for the holidays were. The second email, introducing the 2nd blog, continued to build on our holiday message and encourage guests to enjoy their time with family either from one of our cozy homes or in their own home.
Each of the blogs were distributed on the national social media accounts as well as each regional site. Every day from December 1st through the 25th we ran a post highlighting a different home from our blog.
